I bought the game at a retail store and went to install and it will not respond. When I tried to end the task the window to install will not go away. Nothing I have done closes the install window. Any ideas.

Please contact the publisher's support. Cateia did not design the installer.

you can try to wait for some 5 minutes. It should move on. If not, try to open your DVD Drive manually (My Compute) and run setup.exe.
