Bug in Crystal Valley

My wife & I are playing the game.
When she came to the safe in the mayor's office, she poured the liquid from the pitcher into the safe.

I combined the vase with the water in the bucket and my 3rd tube fills to the top.

The bug ruins the game because when she poured the liquid from her vase into the safe it took away the vase. Now she can't add more water.
And if I hadn't done it another way, there would be NO WAY for her to solve the puzzle.

There is obviously a problem at this puzzle which needs a patch.

By the way, what did this mean in your question:

In fact we have it saved where the safe can't open because of the 3rd tube problem.
If you tell me which files to send and where, I'll upload them to you.

I'm ivucica :-)

So after you poured water into the safe and it didn't reach proper levels, so by emptying the two "outer vials" you still can't fill up the "inner vials" to the top? That's strange.

Or was it that you never managed to empty the "outer vials"?
