So, when I said I was new to gaming......I really meant new. Tried to extract the file you sent but now what? Guess I need a bit more information to figure this out.

Hi Lisa, when you've exracted the files, open windows explorer and write in the location bar: C:\Documents and Setting\All Users\Application Data\
or if you're not running windows XP
C:\Users\[put-your-username-here]\Saved Games\
and put the extracted files in there

Hello, I'm also receiving the same error as Lisa, and I would like to request the mentioned "attached files" to resolve the problem.
Regards.

Here's what I've done: -I downloaded the attached file, and put it into my application data -I extracted it into the same section -Just in case, I copied the entire extracted file folder into C:\Users\[my username]\Saved Games\
Sadly, it still won't install.

won't install? Lisa had a problem with running the installed game, not installing it anyway, I'm assuming you have the mumbo jumbo's retail version? There is a 'problem' with the installer, it takes a while to load. just click install and wait a while, it'll load.

Haha, that was a bad way to put it (on my part)- I clicked auto-launch during installation, and I wasn't able to load the game because the error that Lisa received showed up. Whether that is due to installation issues or what...I'm not sure.

Most likely you need to update the drivers of your graphics card. Also, Windows 2000 isn't official supported. The game might work or it might not. XP, Vista and Windows 7 are officially supported.
