Big fish games announce new build in 2009, what happened?

I Heard on Big Fish Games that there was going to be a new build
because of a graphics problem that causes the game to shut off right after the
graveyard scene. what ever happened to this new build and if there isnt could you make a patch to fix this problem?





PS: All the reports made on big fish games of this problem happining were made by
people that have a Intel 82845G Integrated Graphics Card and Windows XP like I do.
