Kings of Dark Age tutorial

I am going through the Kings of the Dark Age tutorial and when it moves on to the battlefield tutorial it does not load properly. I can see the screen but my mouse cursor is frozen. It says "connection error reconnecting..." several times and then just hangs there doing nothing. Please advise.
