Failed upload

My upload of your game failed but I was still charged.  I would like a refund, Paypal has already been notified but I have not heard back from them yet.

where did you buy the game? If you can't restart a download, you should contact the download service you bought the game at. they should either give you another download or refund you.

Downloaded from iTunes, there policy says to contact you guys first.

you mean the "mac app store", right?

if you paid for it, you should be able to download it from the mac app store again free of charge.
