 Huh I am confused. I have a Surface RT with Win 8.1 on it. I downloaded this game and also purchased it. However every time I click on the game to play it, it just brings up the loading screen and then closes. I have uninstalled the game and reinstalled it and it still didn't work. So I uninstalled it again, restarted my Surface then reinstalled the game and it still does the same thing. The demo version worked on my Surface so why isn't the purchased full version not working?

Could you send us the game logs right after this happens? The game logs should be located here (depending on the version, one should work):

%APPDATA%\..\Local\Packages\CateiaGames.TalesfromtheDragonMountainTheStrix_mmwabm93ypyqr\RoamingState
%APPDATA%\..\Local\Packages\CateiaGames.TalesfromtheDragonMountainTheStrixFull_mmwabm93ypyqr\RoamingState

Simply copy-paste this address into the address bar of Windows Explorer and press ENTER. Then zip the entire directory and send it to us at support@cateia.com.
