how can i get this game?
is this only for linux or is this for win too?

i'm expecting this game very long time, so if i could help with something ill be glad to
but i'm not programmer

it is not finished yet and no binary releases have been made yet. See wiki for source download instructions if you want to try it out (though at this stage not much has been made).
